America Needs A 

Constitutional Resurrection, not a violent revolution!

There are two major elements which must be addressed concerning the United States Constitution before the American government can become a government for the people, by the people, again. Instead of a government for Special Interest Groups, by lawyers.

The first element is the eradication of political corruption, and the second element is the calibration of the balance of power. This is about the CORE issues that need to be dealt with, for until the following elements are properly taken care of, only the LIPSTICK of corruption will change in America.

The Eradication Of Political Corruption

Situation:

In the 1920's a corrupted Supreme Court passed a ruling under the guise of “The Freedom Of Speech” which made it legal for Special Interest Groups (GIS) to buy favors from politicians. GIS's can not vote, only the people can vote. When the House or Senate have a Special Session, a Special Interest Group is gaining and the rest of the people are loosing. The politicians pass legislation with multiple issues that they themselves do not even know about, paying back a vote on some other issue. 

Solution:

A National Campaign Funding System needs to be established for all levels of government. One that is fair and equitable for any citizen to run for office. Qualifications defined by voter demographics of a political office being sought by a candidate requiring a certain number of valid voter signatures. Each candidate for an office would receive the same amount of funding for their campaign.

For any legislation to be voted on or passed, a major majority of the representatives must be present, ending Special Sessions for Special Interest Groups.

There should only be one item per legislative bill, to be voted on at a time.

The Calibration Of "The Balance Of Power"

Situation:

Our Forefathers made every effort to form a Government that would maintain a balance of power between the Federal and State governments controlled by the people. To do this, they created three branches of government, the Executive, Legislative, and the Judicial branches. In an attempt to insure balanced representation in the Legislative branch, they formed two parts, the House and Senate.

Currently one Special Interest Group controls all three branches including both the House and the Senate, Lawyers. Every year when 30 to 40 thousand laws and regulations are passed and enacted, it is one Special Interest Group controlling their job market, job security. Every phone book that I take a look at the YELLOW pages, there are more Lawyers than any other profession. They are the ones that pass the Banking laws, with loop holes. The balance of power in America IS BROKEN!

Solution:

If an American citizen chooses to earn a law degree, then they may serve in the Executive, and/or Judicial branches of government, not the Legislative Branch, call it a carrier choice.

Federal Justices serve for a 8 year term, a two term limit on all other elected officials.

Only Elected Officials may pass laws and or regulations, not UN-elected bureaucrats.

Solution Implementation

There is not enough time to redefine the campaign process before the next elections, nor will any majority of the politicians currently in office support the solutions defined above, so what the people need are new candidates that will take an oath to enact the changes defined as Solutions above within three months of taking office. Then within the next three years, establish a campaign funding process for the 2016 elections.

These are the issues that the nintynine per-center’s must focus on if any real change is to occur. Wall Street and the rest of the issues are only secondary problems and have no chance of being rectified without the problems of our political system being resolved first.
